The Ibero-American Music Award "Tomas Luis de Victoria" of the SGAE and Author Foundation, in its tenth edition, will be delivered to the cuban composer and conductor Leo Brouwer on November 25th, 2010 at 19:00 h. at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando (Alcalá, 13, Madrid).
On this ocassion, a concert in honor to Maestro Leo Brouwer will be held after the award ceremony. The Duo Ondina, composed by the cubans musicians Niurka González (flute) and Maria del Henar Navarro (piano), that will travel from Cuba especially for the occasion, and Javier Riba (guitar) and Jorge Hernandez (viola), Spanish musicians, will play Brouwer's scores.
